5th Floor Body Care is made in small batches. Unfortunately, we can not offer you a return or exchange. All sales are final.  We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product. 

EXCHANGES

In some cases, 5th Floor Body Care will offer an  exchange if your product arrives damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to 5thFloorTN@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package.  We may ask you to return us the broken item.

Shipping Domestic & International: We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However; we will work with you and the carrier service as much as possible on our end.
